Established in 1990 by the Child Care Services Association, the Teacher Education and Compensation Helps (T.E.A.C.H.) Early Childhood® Project addresses critical issues in the early childhood workforce, such as under-education, low compensation, and high turnover rates. This innovative program provides educational scholarships to early care professionals and those performing specialized roles within the early care system.
